Polyester mother wire is a single fiber co-extruded from multiple heated and pressurized polyester synthetic fibers, which can be separated into several monofilaments. This material looks like regular silk, but is actually a synthetic fiber.

Description

Polyester filament yarn with 11~33 dtex, also known as mother yarn. The production process of mother yarn is the same as that of conventional FDY, which mainly goes through the steps of "slicing → spinning → cooling → oiling → stretching, shaping → winding".

The ultimate goal of mother wire production is to obtain monofilaments with excellent performance.
