Description
Hot fusible yarn, also known as fusible yarn, fusible bonding yarn, is used in textiles, footwear, industry and products. It is made of low-melting polyamide (nylon) or polyester, and the melting point can be controlled between 85°C and 180°C by adjusting the raw material properties. At normal temperature, the hot fuse and other fibers are woven into a fabric, and then pressure is applied to the fabric under dry heat or wet heat. When the temperature is higher than the melting point of the hot fuse, the hot fuse gradually melts. At this temperature, the conventional other fibers remain unchanged and are thus bonded together by the thermal fuse. It melts at a very low temperature compared to ordinary fibers and does not damage fibers or fabrics. It is a highly functional fiber that provides the desired adhesive force, strengthens the cohesive force of the fiber, and imparts morphological stability. Therefore, the thermal fuse can replace chemical adhesives such as glue, avoid the pollution of volatiles and powder layers, and be environmentally friendly and non-toxic; at the same time, it saves the process flow, improves production efficiency, and reduces downstream production costs.
